SCOPING SESSION

Carried out by your personal engineer, it clarifies the objectives and defines the broad outlines of the creative project: the price list structure, the principles for calculating prices, blocking rules, content for technical validation in ProDevis...

YOUR DETAILS FOR ACCEPTANCE TESTING

15 days before the validation session, your personal engineer will send you a test version so that you can implement the detailed testing of your prices.

DETAILED DESIGN

According to the outcome of the scoping session, our development engineer will move onto the detailed creation of your price list.

VALIDATION SESSION

Preferably held on your premises so as to readily confer with your experts, the session’s purpose is to make any necessary patches and ensure that your price list is working optimally before customer roll out.

INTERIM MEETING

Depending on your offer’s complexity and the number of price lists to be created, your development engineer and yourself may decide on interim meeting(s) to get a better understanding of certain aspects and / or validate any interim versions of your price lists.

At the end of the validation session, our development engineer will add your price lists to the published prices for use by the community of ELCIA software users.

How do you request a listing?

Send us your price lists in paper and Excel format so that our Project Managers can analyze the time needed to create your ELCIA price list. You will receive a detailed quotation for the listing service, including meetings with your personal Project Manager. Together, you will agree on the timetable, and the process to design your price list will be underway!
