To facilitate discovering and getting started with the software as soon as it is installed, each user receives personal support. From the installation of ProDevis to assistance with your daily use, the ELCIA teams support and assist and are at your disposal throughout your user experience.
PLANNING YOUR INSTALLATION AND TRAINING
Once your order has been validated, you will receive a welcome phone call from our Customer Service Department in order to plan ProDevis installation and training dates. Your Customer Space is created and the summary of your customer information is sent to you by e-mail.
INSTALLING YOUR SOFTWARE
The installation is the responsibility of our Technical Department. Everything is managed remotely. However, you must be present and there must be access to the workstations and the Internet. Pending your training, you can make the most of demo mode to familiarize yourself with the software.
VERIFYING YOUR TECHNICAL PREREQUISITES
Before proceeding with the installation of your software, you can easily verify that your computer hardware includes all the necessary prerequisites described in the complete and detailed documentation.
PREPARATION AND TRAINING
Before you start, your trainer will be in touch to discuss practical considerations, logistics and the training program, as well as its content. You will receive the full minutes of this discussion by e-mail. The training is carried out either at your own premises or at ELCIA in Brignais.
