What happens at your training session?
Once your order has been confirmed, contact the ELCIA teams to schedule a training date that fits in with your availability. A few days before the session, discuss your situation with your trainer to optimize your preparations for your future talks. When the time comes, your training will take place over one or more days, depending on the agreed schedule.
At the end of the session, your trainer will review all the subjects covered with you and answer any questions you may have. You will be given a document containing all the training content, so you can refer back to it later as needed.
